Cost figures published on this site — including the bands on the cost page — are indicative planning ranges, dated to 2026, intended to help you budget. They are not offers, and they are not quotes. The only price that binds anyone is the written quote issued by the contractor after a site measure.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including references to NSW licensing, strata and council requirements. Those requirements change, and they vary by property.
