What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website or call the number on it, we collect the information you choose to give us. That is typically your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and a description of the work you want quoted. If you call, the call may be recorded or logged for the purpose of routing and following up your enquiry.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment details, identity documents or financial information through this website.
Why we collect it
We collect this information for one purpose: to arrange a site measure and a quote for the work you have asked about, and to follow up on that enquiry.
Who we share it with
This is a referral website. Your enquiry is passed to an independent, third-party renovation contractor working in your area so they can contact you, attend a measure and provide a quote. That contractor becomes responsible for the information you then share with them directly, under their own privacy practices.
We also use third-party service providers to run this website and to manage enquiries, including a customer relationship management platform and a telephone routing service. These providers process the information on our behalf.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with parties unrelated to quoting your job.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify them.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 02 4602 1201 and we will action the request.
Complaints
If you think your privacy has been mishandled, contact us first on the number above. If you are not satisfied with the response, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner accepts privacy complaints.
